Can I upgrade from Community to Pro later?
Yes. You can start with Scoold (free) and purchase a Pro license at any time. Your existing data, users, and configuration migrate seamlessly.
Does the license cover multiple instances?
No. A single Scoold Pro license covers only one instance running in a production environment. You can purchase as many license as you need, depending on your instance count.
What happens after 12 months of free updates?
Your license continues to work indefinitely - you're never forced to upgrade. After 12 months, you can purchase an extended update period to continue receiving new features and security patches.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if Scoold Pro doesn't meet your needs. Contact support@scoold.com within 14 days of purchase.
Is Scoold Cloud priced differently?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Online payments are handled by Braintree, Ireland. We also accept bank transfers (SEPA) and offer VAT invoices upon request.
